Heritage Restoration
This project represents a synthesis of architectural fidelity and contextual intelligence. Located in the prestigious enclave of Malvern, the Eton House was conceived as a response to the site's unique topographical and light-path opportunities. Every junction and material choice was deliberate, ensuring a sense of permanence and "haptic luxury" that defines the PDP ethos.
The interior volumes are calibrated to maximize natural illumination while maintaining a sense of sanctuary. Through the use of a materiality palette that includes Cast Concrete, Natural Oak, and precision-engineered glass, the residence harmonizes with the South Australian atmosphere. It stands as a testament to our vertically integrated management approach, where design intent is preserved through every phase of construction.
